Summary
Nitrogen sintering furnace is designed for the open and continuous sintering for the special protection materials. The heating element is MoSi2. The working temperature is1300℃, with 99.999% of nitrogen protection, and using the hydrogen or special process to do the oxidation treatment for the residual oxygen. Adopting micro positive pressure in the furnace, to prevent the air into the furnace chamber. All the insulation materials are ceramic fiber boards and Micro-porous Insulation Boards to reduce the surface temperature effectively.
