Summary
RBD18 series Trolley Lift High-temp Furnace （Air Pre-heat) is a kind of high precision high temperature furnace with independent air preheating equipment, which will transfer the 200 ℃ preheated air to the internal furnace equably. The heating element is MoSi2. 3 temperature areas make sure the temperature uniformity + 5 ℃. Working temperature is from 1500-1700℃. All the insulation materials are ceramic fiber boards, which raw materials are imported from Japan. The thermal insulation layer use Micro-porous Insulation Board with low thermal conductivity. Temperature control precision: ±1 ℃, temperature uniformity ±5 ℃, heating fast, the fastest heating rate≤5℃/min. Widely used in electronic ceramics, powder metallurgy, machinery, building materials, refractories, special materials, new materials development and other fields.
