ALCERA 1600 poly-crystalline fiber blanket is made by colloid chemistry method; the alumina content is more than 70%. It is continuous tiled ceramic fiber blanket, with high refractoriness, high tensile strength, good chemical resistance and flat surface, without any organic binder.

Characteristics:
ALCERA ceramic fiber blanket is made of high purity raw materials, through 2300°melting, then spun, acupuncture to the continuous tiled ceramic fiber blanket. The blanket has very high tensile strength, good chemical resistance and flat surface. It does not contain any organic binder.
ALCERA 1600 poly-crystalline fiber blanket is made by colloid chemistry method; the alumina content is more than 70%. It is continuous tiled ceramic fiber blanket, with high refractoriness, high tensile strength, good chemical resistance and flat surface, without any organic binder.
The working temperature can reach 1300 degrees, thermal shrinkage, not to drop. Usually, it can be lifted at the kiln outermost layer directly or by form as modules. Also it can be made to composite block with 1400blanket, even purity 1600block, which long-term working temperature can reach to 1400 Degree with the highest heat resistance, heat preservation effect in the industry.
